Pipi Bear Changing Bag
We were kindly gifted this amazing changing bag for Oscar for our crazy adventures. We have always struggled with finding a bag for Oscar as he needs to carry his medication with him at all times along with the other usual toddler stuff. The bag itself I have always been a fan of grey and I love this no less. There is so so many different pockets with space for everything and more! For small babies there is lots of pockets to put bottles in, we don’t have them anymore but some of the pockets are actually removable to reveal even more space. The more I used the bag the more pockets i discovered, the bag actually splits in half and this means that there is more space. We used it first as a sleepover bag for Grannie T’s house this mean packing two full outfits, 2 sets of pajamas, a set of shoes, medication, blanket, toothbrush things, snacks and it could of fit so much more in. Even though it was really full, the weight distribution was amazing it never actually felt heavy or hurt my back. We then took it for another spin on our latest day out in Blackpool, and with the onset of storm Dennis I was worried about how waterproof the bag as the camera was in there. I didn’t need to worry not a single thing was wet and again we managed to pack snacks, clothes and camera for the day ahead.
Pro’s- Fashionable style, ample space, detachable compartments
Con’s- Sometimes I struggled with remembering which pocket I had put something in!
Dinosaur Themed Playdough Kit
We were kindly gifted a play-doh kit that was amazing for many reasons. The company itself had done their own research on us before offering us a kit and noted that Oscar loves dinosaurs! This was a great touch and the fact that it is a small business makes me want to promote this product even more. The theme of the kit was backed up by the unique scents of eucalyptus and ginger which actually made me feel like we were in the land before time which I thought was both clever and crazy as I would never of thought of putting those two together but it worked so well! All the pieces in the kits were matching and allowed the creativity and imagination to flow, this meant me and Oscar could have lots of open ended play. Oscar made a triceratops using straw pieces and told me the kit didn’t have this and this was his favourite. But we had so much fun we made dino islands and even managed to make a little thank you message!
Pro’s- Well themed with great resources, nicely presented, I still love the fact the company has done research on us as well
Con’s- My only con is Oscars con (lol) he would of loved a triceratops dinosaur in the kit but it isn’t really a con as he is just a fussy palaeontologist

Think Tank Scholar Cards
These handy little cards were gifted to us by Think Tank Scholar. They are a great learning resource for Oscar as he is learning to read at the moment. The packet comes with 6 types of game instructions which are all great and unique ways to learn. We chose the word matching game where you choose a card and you have to find the word on the card in the book. Oscar was really good at matching the words as he is good at recognising the letters, this also allowed me to do some letter work with him as we talked about the letters that were in the words and their sounds. The other game we played was a silly sentence game where you had to make the sentence one card at a time. This was a really good playful way to try and play with words talking about what makes sense and what is a silly sentence.
Pro’s- Great different games to play, Easy to use, clear instructions
Con’s- A suggestion would be to have them in different designs for children to make them more inviting for children.

Gondola Bamboo Toothbrushes
Today we were gifted some great little toothbrushes, these are made from bamboo and what makes them even better is that they are fully bio-degradable. The bristles on them are soft but still clean greatly, even on Oscars little teeth. The wood itself is sturdy and has a sleek design.
Pro’s- Bio-degrade able, soft bristles, sturdy wood
Con’s- Could have more kid friendly designs

Yeti and the Fox Capsules
Mummy got sent some of these magical capsules that are supposed to eliminate a hangover the next morning after a good night out! The idea is that you take two from one packet just before you start drinking alcohol and the other when you wake up in the morning and they are full of all the nutrients you need to prevent the dreaded hangover! Mummy can’t wait to test these out when I have a chance to dance the night away!

DoogleBook LCD Screen
Today we received another great product! The LCD Colour screen from Dooglebooks this is a great item for people age 3-93! Oscar loves to draw so we were very excited when a collaboration was made. The screen itself is of great quality lightweight and easy to use. It comes with a protective case with a sleek design it is just great! Oscar took straight away to drawing on it looking at all the different colours and the marks he can make. We decided to draw some shapes and Oscar’s name to get that bit of extra learning for him. The stylus is easy to hold is very responsive on the screen and the erase button on the top of the screen is a good and easy function for Oscar to use. He really enjoyed the pictures he could make and the different colours.
Pro’s- Lightweight and easy to use, sturdy enough to endure toddler hands, responsive to the stylus and erases well
Con’s- There could be some more mark making tools with the tablet to create different designs

CarGO Seat
Today we received a lovely product, a CarGO seat. This nifty little product has many functions. It’s main one is to be a booster seat for the car, however Oscar is below the height and weight guidelines so we won’t be reviewing it for this purpose. Oscar chose his own colour green as he it’s his favourite however it does also come in blue, pink and purple. Its sturdy and yet lightweight and Oscar was able to easily manoeuvre it around. The handle is at a great height for pulling along and the plastic is sturdy. Oscar uses it to sit up at the table to have meals and snacks, the seat allows him to do this he is comfortable as he is at the same height as if he were kneeling as he previously did but this way he can focus on eating rather than balancing! The storage space is amazing inside the seat, here we have a drink and some snacks,a change of clothes and his current prize possessions his paper and pencils. This still left loads of room for more snacks or toys.
Pro’s- Handy and lightweight to take on adventures with us, lots of storage room inside, nice sleek design with bright colours.
Con’s- If i really had to nitpick at something I would say that the wheels could be slightly lower as they sometimes make the case drag across the floor

LED TV Backing Lights
Today we received some LED TV lights from toms.tang. They were easy to install you simply had to peel off the paper and stick them to the TV plug the cable into the USB port on the TV and Voila, you’re good to go! They have lots of different settings however some were very intense and flashing at a very impressive speed so not sure who would pick this setting but anyway… They have a remote that comes with them and you can control the colour, brightness and speed using this which makes it very handy when you just want to relax on the sofa!
Pro’s-Nice relaxing colours when not in flashing mode, Give the room a nice atmosphere, Easy and simple to install.
Con’s- The flashing settings are a bit too intense, The strip could do with being a bit longer/not as exposed.

Plug in night lights
Today we received a pair of SMART plug in night lights these were gifted to us by toms.tang. They plug straight into the wall and have a sensor on them which means that you could leave them plugged in and when it is dark they automatically light up and turn off when it becomes light again. They have two settings ‘pure white’ and ‘warm white’ which is more of a warmer tone. They also have a dimmer switch on them making them as light as you want or in our case, for a toddler who needs a light to sleep, dim. They were quite bright on the highest setting and illuminated the room well enough that you wouldn’t need the ceiling light on if you had it on in the room.
Pro’s- Bright on the highest setting, Creates a soothing atmosphere with the warm setting.
Rating: 9/10
Con’s- To change the settings you have to have them plugged in which means changing them on the floor.
VATOS Bulldozer Truck
Today we received a bulldozer truck from Vatos toys. Oscar was very excited to open it and play. From the start I liked how kid friendly it was all the pieces were smooth plastic with no sharp bits or badly placed clips to trap or hurt little fingers. That being said I loved how sturdy it was and the tools are chunky which helps little hands to hold them! Oscar really enjoys building things and this was no different he jumped straight into screwing on the wheels and various other items. He then took great delight in taking it all apart again to build it back up. He was really interested in this toy and played with it for ages. It also needed batteries (5 x AA) however this turned it into an all round great toy it was musical and lit up with forwards and backwards movements making it an interactive toy.
Pro’s- Chunky tools and screws, Smooth plastic making it safe to play with, Lights and sounds made it more interactive
Con’s- Needs lots of batteries to work, the song it plays can become annoying if you have a child like mine that likes to press it repeatedly for half an hour!
